Gratitude in February | 2021

I usually make this post the first thing I share with you every month, but since I disappeared for a bit, I want to tell you guys where I've been. Even though February wasn't the best for me, there are always things to be grateful for, so let's get into it!

Peaky Blinders - Season 1

I was looking for a new TV show to binge, and I started watching Peaky Blinders. It's a show that takes place in the industrial era in Ireland! It follows an Irish gang called the Peaky Blinders, who is lead by Tommy. From the first episode, I was sucked in. It's so good, and I'm honestly so in love with Tommy's character. Tommy and Polly are for sure my favorite characters in the series so far! I 100% recommend the show, if you haven't watched it already. You can watch the show on Netflix!

Nice weather towards the end of the month

After getting tons of snow in the beginning of February, we were blessed with beautiful weather. It was sunny and it felt amazing. I instantly felt a boost in my mood, and it made me even more excited for summer.

Car fixes weren't serious

Right after I got back from South Carolina, on my way home from work, my car broke down while I was on the highway! After waiting for a tow for about 2 hours, I was nervous something serious was going to be wrong with my car. I feel beyond blessed that it was nothing serious. I got my car back in less than 24 hours!

Bowser's Fury/Super Mario 3D World

Towards the middle of the month, my coworker let me borrow his copy of Bowser's Fury & Super Mario 3D World. I didn't know how much I was going to like the games, but I honestly fell in love. While I knew 3D World was a remake of the WiiU version, I had never played it, so it was cool to get the chance to play it.

Then Bowser's Fury was a new game, and it was really good! It kinda sorta reminded me of Super Mario Sunshine. You had to collect these cat suns in order to continue through the game. It's a lot of fun, and it's great to be able to get 2 games in one! So that's been a highlight of my month. I finally just finished it yesterday, and even though I finished the game, there are so many things I still have to collect!

Well that was my February in a nut shell! How was your past month? Let me know in the comments down below! I hope you have a wonderful day/night. Sending you love, strength, and positivity xx
