Fridaze 017

Hey guys, how are you all doing? Can you believe we're in November already? Not only is it November, but Friday has come back much quicker than anticipated! I feel like after a hell of a two months, this week was a pretty quiet one.

I had a bit going on mentally, but overall, it was an uneventful week. And honestly? I'm pretty happy about it. Grab a cup of coffee or tea, and let's chat!

UpDating

Last Friday, we ended up celebrating one of my best friend's birthday. She wanted to go to this show in NYC called UpDating. It's a show where two people go on a blind date in front of a live audience. Now, I didn't know what to expect, but I really enjoyed it! I wish it was a little bit longer, and the weather was terrible that day (it took place on a rooftop), but it was a lot of fun. The two hosts kept the conversation flowing, and made it fun for both the audience and the people on the date. It's a super interesting and inexpensive thing to do in the city!

Halloween

Now for Halloween, me and my sister went all out on our Halloween party. The decorations came out beautifully! A lot of people ended up confirming to come, but never showed up, so that kind of sucked. I was grateful for the ones who did show up, and I had a good time nonetheless.

My Grandma goes back home

My grandma had come to visit us for the past two weeks, and it's been super nice having her here. This past Wednesday, she took her flight back home. I don't know when's the next time I'm going to see her, but I hope it's soon!

Back on the Dating Apps

After talking to someone for almost 3 months, it's come to an end. I can't say I'm not sad about, cause I am. In the same breathe, I'm trying to stay positive. I'm happy I didn't get more attached.

Well, since it didn't work out, I'm back on the dating apps. I've already had 2 disappointments (which is a lot considering I've been on the app for 6 days). I'm trying to stay hopeful about the whole thing. My person's out there.

Playing lots of Stardew

With the announcement of Concerned Ape's his new game, not only did it make me more excited for it (even though he said it won't come out for at least a year from now), but it made me want to play more Stardew Valley! I've only got two years in on my PC file, but since I got a copy of the game on my Switch, I've been playing on that!

I'm finished up my first year, and I'm much more advanced compared to my PC version. I've been putting in at least 1-3 hours a day playing!
