Did I find the best sunscreen ever?
I never thought I would find the day where I would write a post about a sunscreen product I love. I normally hate facial sunscreen. It's usually so thick and feels super heavy. It leaves a white-cast, and makes makeup look terrible.
Recently I got sent the Hydro Boost Sunscreen from Neutrogena. Now I typically like Neutrogena for their inexpensive products, but I wasn't sure about this product. How was this product going to be different from other facial sunscreens?
Well, I have to tell you, I was SO IMPRESSED! Firstly, this sunscreen is water-based, which means that it's extremely light on the skin. It has this really nice hydration factor too, without it being oily.
The second thing I liked about the product was that it's clear, so no ugly white cast on your skin. On top of that, you never need to worry about missing a spot of sunscreen on your face and having a weird white splotch.
I tried this product underneath makeup, and my makeup still looked flawless. I was literally shook-eth. I've never been able to wear sunscreen underneath makeup. This product has literally changed my summer/post-summer game.
They come in two different SPF options; 30 and 50. This is a product I'm going to repurchase over and over again, because it's actually really amazing. You can buy this product in lots of places too! You can get it at Target, Walgreens, Walmart, Ulta, and even Amazon! You can get a 3oz tube for $12.99, which isn't bad at all!
I know I decided to write this post a bit late since summer's over and stuff, but I'm telling you to get this product if you're going away to a warm location (like I am in a few days), or just to keep your skin safe (UV rays hit your skin all year round, even if it's not particularly sunny out.)!

I have used there other sunscreen and it was the best until I discovered Supergoop and I realized Moroccan Oil made a facial sunscreen. But both are expensive, I a, definitely going to check this out! Thanks for sharing! <3

Oh this sounds like such a great product - I'm so happy that there's no ugly white cast on your skin and that it's not too oily, I always have these issues with sunscreens usually. Too bad the summer's over for now, but I'll have to remember that one for next summer 🙂

I'm so glad to hear that you really like this product! If you want to get a tan I really like the Coppertone SPF 8 Sunscreen Tanning Lotion, because it gives you a really nice bronzy look (only if you tan though, not if you burn!). If you wear makeup in the summer, I definitely recommend setting powder. I really like the too faced born this way setting powder and the beauty bakerie flour powder !
I have this sunscreen too! It's lightweight and absorbs so easily. I love that it's not greasy at all 😊
