Summer Reading List 2017

Hey guys! So it's been about three weeks since I've written a book review. Terrible, right? I've been really enjoying my summer to the fullest, and haven't really been wanting to write a book review recently. I know some of you guys really look forward to reading my opinions on the books I read, but for now there will be no set date for when these are going to go up.

In order to make it up to you guys, I'm going to show you all of the books that I'm planning on reading in the next few weeks. This way, if you guys want, you can read them with me! So let's get started.

The Memory Book - Lara Avery

"Sammie McCoy is a girl with a plan: graduate at the top of her class and get out of her small town as soon as possible. Nothing will stand in her way - not even the rare genetic disorder the doctors say will slowly steal her memories and then her health.

So the memory book is born: a journal written to Sammie's future self. It's where she'll record every perfect detail of her first date with longtime-crush Stuart, and where she'll admit how much she's missed her childhood friend Cooper. The memory book will ensure Sammie never forgets the most important parts of her life- the people who have broken her heart, and those who have mended it. If Sammie's going to die, she's going to die living."

All the Bright Places - Jennifer Niven

"Theodore Finch is fascinated by death. Every day he thinks of ways he might die, but every day he also searches for - and manages to find - something to keep him here, and alive, and awake.

Violet Markey lives for the future, counting the days until graduation, when she can escape her small Indiana town and her aching grief in the wake of her sister's death.

When Finch and Violet meet on the ledge of the bell tower at school - six stories above ground - it's unclear who sames whom. Soon it's only with Violet that Finch can be himself. And it's only with Finch that Violet forgets to count away the days and starts living them. But as Violet's world grows, Finch's begins to shrink..."

Saint Anything - Sarah Dessen

"Sydney has always lived her life in the shadows, content to avoid the spotlight and let others be the center of attention. But then a terrible accident lands her brother in jail and thrusts her family into the public eye.

Fortunately, Sydney finds solace with the Chathams - the family who owns the local pizza place. There's Layala, who welcomes Sydney with open arms. Mysterious Rosie, who has secrets of her own. And Mac. Quiet, protective Mac, who makes Sydney feel safe and secure.

As she is drawn into their chaotic circle, Sydney is finally able to focus on what really matters: friendship, lovce, and most important, herself. "

I Heart New York - Lindsey Kelk

"When Angela catches her boyfriend with another woman t her best friend's wedding, she's heartbroken and desperate to run away. With little more than a crumpled bridesmaid dress, a pair of Louboutins, and her passport in hand, Angela decides to jump on a plane for . . . NYC!

Settling into a cute hotel and quickly bonding with benevolent concierge Jenny - a chatterbox Oprah wannabe with room for a new best friend - Angela heads out for a New York makeover, some serious retail therapy, and a whirlwind tour of the city. Before she knows it, she's dating two sexy guys and blogging about her Big Apple escapades for a real fashion magazine. But while it's one thing telling readers about your romantic dilemmas, it's another working them out for yourself. Angela has fallen head over heels for the city that never sleeps, but does she heart New York more than home?"

- Lindsey Kelk (I Heart New York)

So these are the books that I plan on finishing within the next few weeks! I hope you guys read them. If you do, please let me know what you think about them. I promise that the reviews will be back eventually, but for now, I'm sorry, but I just feel like enjoying my reads, and not really writing my thoughts on them!

I hope you have a wonderful day/night. Sending you guys all the positive vibes in the world.
