Posts I'm Lovin' | 33

While I did not write almost any posts in the month of February, there were so many posts that really did a great job at putting words to how I've been feeling lately. I wanted to share with you some of my favorite posts as of late, so let's get into it!

How to Journal to Capture Life's Little Joys by Daisybutter

During this pandemic, I've found a lot of comfort from certain bloggers, and Michelle from Daisybutter has been one of the main ones. I feel like she doesn't try to glamourize this pandemic, and is just 100% real with us. Whether she's having a really good week, a bad week, or just an uneventful week.

In this week, she talks about the lulls of January, and how she feels extremely overwhelmed by a number of things. I was feeling very similarly during this period and time, and felt comfort in knowing I wasn't alone. Definitely give her post a read!

An Easy Vegan Bubble Tea Recipe by Daisybutter

As someone who's become a huge fan of boba tea over the past year (because of my best friend Jill), I also found out that it's not exactly cheap! Michelle's post couldn't have come at a better time. I always thought it was going to be difficult to make boba, so I never looked it up. Now reading her post on how to make it, I found out it's not difficult at all! Me and my brother are going to go to the asian market one of these days, to buy some boba to make some ourselves!

No More Zoom Quizzes Please: Digital Fatigue in the Age of a Pandemic by The Little Plum

Again another take on how someone's feeling during the pandemic. While she has a different writing style from Michelle, I also really resonated with how Chloe's feeling. While I didn't personally do a lot of video calls (I was too mentally drained to do too many of them), I still felt digital fatigue to some extent. Another great post I highly recommend!

On Surviving Lockdown by Kate La Vie

This is another incredibly well written post about Kate's experience with the lockdown. Three people each wrote their perspective, and while they all experienced slightly different things, because they live in different circumstances, I related to each of them a lot! Like I said, I found a lot of comfort in each of their posts, because I just felt less alone in this pandemic, especially while I was struggling a lot throughout the month of February!
