June Self-Reflection.

Hello everyone! While I've had some posts scheduled for the past week while I've been in Paris, it feels like it's been forever since I've written anything down.

I didn't really have anything planned this week, so I think I'm just going to have a bit of a ramble.

If you guys didn't know, last week was the first time I've gone to Europe. It was so exciting. Once I got there, I was amazed by the subtle differences. The people, the food, the culture.

On one hand, it was a city. There were so many instances that it reminded me of New York, but at the same time, I would look around, and realize how much history Paris has. You can tell by the architecture.

I loved the beauty of the language. I fell in love with Paris.

I have the aspiration to try to learn French now. Something I had never wanted before I went.

One thing that surprised me was the fact that everyone was pretty slim. Specially considering, the majority of people spend their days eating pastries, and a serving of steak and fries. The amount of walking they do throughout the day, (and trust me, it's all walking and steps) makes a huge amount of difference.

It's given me a new motivation to get fit. I actually don't eat huge servings of food, so I realized the amount of physical activity I do on a weekly basis needs to be improved.

It's been a month since I've gone to the gym, which is actually going to change today, cause I'm going. I am even more motivated towards getting fit, and trying to get the body I want.

I'm also planning loads of fun lil' trips for the rest of summer! My brother's back from his latest deployment, and so that means we'll be spending loads of time together.

Who knows what these next few months are going to bring! Good things I hope!

I hope you enjoyed this lil ramble! I can do these more often, if you enjoyed it. If not, have no fear, we'll be back to my regular content on Thursday. As always, have a wonderful day/night. Sending you love, strength, and positivity. Talk to you Thursday!

Paris is such a lovely city to explore. I haven't been for years but am itching to go back soon! Learning another language is such fun - definitely give it a go! It's so satisfying going to another country and being able to speak to the locals in their own language...
