Best Christmas Gift I've Ever Gotten!

This was probably one of the more difficult posts to write. I've been very fortunate in my life and have gotten some really amazing gifts. I've gotten concert tickets to see Backstreet Boys. I've gotten a really beautiful Michael Kors watch, which I still wear almost on a daily basis.

I still think the one gift that is my favorite is the boxed set of the first four Harry Potter books. I had gotten these books when I was in second or third grade from my aunt. I wasn't an avid reader at this age. I mainly read books such as Goosebumps.

I had always been a fan of the movies, and really wanted to read the books, but the books were so large that I was extremely intimidated. I started reading the series when I was in about seventh grade. These books have made such a huge difference in my life, and while I didn't appreciate the gift when I was 7 or 8 years old. These books had helped me get through a lot in my lifetime. I couldn't have been more grateful to have gotten these as a gift.

If you haven't read the series I really recommend it, they are all amazing. The movies do a great job interpreting the books, but the books are still 100x better.
