					<description><![CDATA[The whole electronics thing is opposite for me. I have to have my TV on and watch a movie or one of my favorite shows to fall asleep to. (I always set the sleep timer). If I just get into bed, turn the lights off, and try to sleep, I will be wide awake and toss and turn. I think it&#039;s because I have such a loud mind. With nothing to distract my mind, my thoughts will just run rampant. The sound of the TV is calming for me.]]></description>
