					<description><![CDATA[Great advice!!! Reading over your suggestions I realise that ALL of these would help make me feel and be better. Sadly I&#039;ve neglected to do most of them other than relaxing by watching NetFlix (which I watch until way too late at night). I tend to stay indoors way too much, to not get enough sunlight on me, to get depressed by the news, to not take enough time away from social media, I don&#039;t get enough sleep, and I don&#039;t eat healthy often enough - but those blueberries look sure delicious! Maybe I&#039;ll cook some veggies later today. The good habits you listed could really help my emotional well-being too. I love this post, and hope I can manage to do more of what&#039;s on the list.
