I just start by word vomiting! And then from there you kind of just figure out what you want to write about. There are always a lot of really good journal prompts online if you feel stumped!

I definitely appreciate family time more since I've moved out. It's not as accessible, and we have to put in more effort overall !
My current therapist's final session is this week coming up, and I'm already nervous about how the new one is going to be. Fingers crossed it's a match!
I realized there was something wrong with the form on my site, and I just fixed it! I don't know why it wasn't registering new subscribers 🙁

I so get that, it's one of the things I miss the most about not living with family, either, not spending as much time with my sister. it's great when it happens, though, makes the moments even more special <3

There’s something about autumn that makes it prime time for journalling alllll the time.

The weather has been freakish in England too: it’d typically be around 16°C by now but it was 24°C over the weekend and my already-switched-round wardrobe was not a fan. Thankfully, it’s forecasted to be the usual autumnal weather by tomorrow and I can’t wait!
