In reply to Michelle. I have been feeling super stretch lately. That's the perfect word to describe it. I think I'm going to take it easy these next few weeks. Keep my plans to a minimum, and see if I recharge and fill up my cup. And YES! books and television have been a lifesaver during this time. As you can see, I've been reading a lot lately. I’m so sorry you’re still not feeling yourself Melina, but please remember there’s no need to rush! I really think I felt the same way as you in early- to mid-2021 but it eventually passed. Feel free to email or DM me if you want to offload to an almost-stranger. I remember feeling similarly to you: my weeks were full of plans but I felt incredibly lonely and stretched.

With that in mind, I also found such incredible solace and escapism in books at that time. You’ve got this, Melina! Rooting for you x

Wow! You watch and read some heavy duty movies and books! Kudos for being social again (but please be careful to avoid viruses)! It's wonderful that you have family and close friends - Amanda sounds like fun to be with. Wow i don't know how you can read so much! I've been in a reading slump most of the year and it's been quite terrible...I'm glad you are surrounded by people who love you specially if you're going through a rough time, I hope you can feel so much better soon!
